Dobar dan profesore. Mene zanima da li ima nekih istrazivanja-mišljenja svetskih doktora da vitamini kao što su d,cink, c mogu da služe kao neka vrsta prevencije kod Covida19. Takođe me zanima doktore od čega zavisi da li će se kod nas mlađih 20 god. koji nemamo pridruzenih bolesti razviti teza klinička slika a koji nismo vakcinisani. Jos ovo bih vas pitao pošto imam nizak nivo vitamina d doktorka mi je prepisala vigantol kapi 35 nedeljno ali mi nije napisala da li od jednom da to uzmem ili iz nekoliko dana po određeni broj kapi pa ukoliko ste upoznati sa doziranjem Vi napišiti pošto u uputstvu ne stoji precizno.
Nema naučnih dokaza da vitamini i minerali značajno utiču na prevenviju, ili lečenje covid19; što se tiče vigantola, pogledajte uputstvo, uz lek. Ipak je najvažnije da se vakcinišete, druge dokazane prevencije nema

Psychogenic fever: how psychological stress affects body temperature in the clinical population
Psychogenic fever is a stress-related, psychosomatic disease especially seen in young women. Some patients develop extremely high core body temperature (Tc) (up to 41C) when they are exposed to emotional events, whereas others show persistent low-grade high Tc (37–38C) during situations of chronic stress. The mechanism for psychogenic fever is not yet fully understood. However, clinical case reports demonstrate that psychogenic fever is not attenuated by antipyretic drugs, but by psychotropic drugs that display anxiolytic and sedative properties, or by resolving patients’ difficulties via natural means or psychotherapy. Animal studies have demonstrated that psychological stress increases Tc via mechanisms distinct from infectious fever (which requires proinflammatory mediators) and that the sympathetic nervous system, particularlyb3-adrenoceptor-mediated non-shivering thermogenesis in brown adipose tissue, plays an important role in the development of psychological stress-induced hyperthermia. Acute psychological stress induces a
transient, monophasic increase in Tc. In contrast, repeated stress induces anticipatory hyperthermia, reduces diurnal changes in Tc, or slightly increases Tc throughout the day. Chronically stressed animals also display an enhanced hyperthermic response to a novel stress, while past fearful experiences induce conditioned hyperthermia to the fear
context. The high Tc that psychogenic fever patients develop may be a complex of these diverse kinds of hyperthermic
responses.

Mi se bavimo proizvodnjom jabukovog sirceta, citao sam jedan dan, da e coli moze da bude u jabukama, posto kad jabuke padnu u zemlju, onda mogu da se infektiraju sa e coli, jabukovo sirce se dobije posle 6 meseci fermentacije, moje pitanje je, ako bude slucajno e coli u jabukama, dali to moze da prezivi 6 mesecnu fermentaciju jabukovog sirceta.
ne mogu da prežive, sirće nastaje od alkohola, koji je već smrtonosan za bakterije. a s druge strane E. coli nije opasna ako dospe u digestivni trak, ona je deo normalne flore
Htela sam da pitam za E coli, mi se bavimo proizvodnjom jabukovog sirceta, i citala sam na internet da e coli moze da bude u jabukama i da stoji nekoliko vreme u jabukovom soku, dali fermentiranje unistava e coli, i dali je bezbedno piti jabukovo sirce posle nekoliko meseci fermentiranja.
